By using UDIT FINANCE website or services, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms listed below.

1. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information and satisfy onboarding/verification requirements. Eligibility for any product/service is subject to internal policy and applicable laws.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activities performed using your account credentials and must keep login details confidential. Report any suspected misuse immediately.

3. Accurate Information

You must provide complete and correct information. Misrepresentation may lead to rejection, cancellation, recovery actions and/or reporting to authorities where required.

4. Loan and Payment Terms

• Any approval is subject to verification, documentation and internal policy.
• Repayment schedules, charges/fees and applicable penalties are communicated before disbursement/activation.
• Late payment or default may attract penalties and recovery actions as permitted by law.

5. Section 8 Company (Not-for-Profit)

UDIT FINANCE is a Section 8 company (not-for-profit). Any surplus is used for the company’s objectives; no dividend is distributed to members.

6. Prohibited Use

Any attempt to misuse systems, submit fraudulent data, or engage in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding and service materials belong to UDIT FINANCE and may not be copied without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use external partners for payments, communication and analytics. Their services are subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from service interruptions, system downtime or external failures.

10. Updates to Terms
